PHOTOGRAPHY COLLECTIONS All Photography Collections include a professional photo session in our studio or on location of your choice (within Jacksonville), a private online gallery for 45 days, standard facial retouching and color corrections on all ordered prints, post production work and digital archiving up to 1 year. Custom Framing starts at $200 CANVAS PORTRAITS 20x24 | $400 16x20 | $325 11x14 | $275 --------------------------------------------- CUSTOM BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS | $3 each We will design a unique birth announcement from your baby's newborn session. Newborn Photo Session comes with 50 5x7 birth announcements. Additional announcements are $3 each. Envelopes are included and we can also design a coordinating return address label if desired. 30 return address labels per sheet | $10 --------------------------------------------- SESSION DETAILS Generally, photo shoots last 1 - 2 hours and we take as many photos until we achieve what you are looking for. We then post up to 75 of your best images onto a personal online proofing gallery within 14 business days. To maintain efficiency, we ask that you place your print order within 2 weeks of proof viewing. Your online gallery will expire after 45 days. Online Galleries can be published again for an additional 30 days for a charge of $50. Payment for photo session is due at time of scheduled appointment. Print orders will be placed when full payment has been received. Please allow up to 3 weeks for prints once order is fulfilled. *Prices are subject o change at any time, however, if there has been a price increase since you have booked a session, to 30 days since your session, we will honor the current rates from the time of your booking. Any orders placed one month after your session, current print rates will be in effect. CLOTHING OPTION When deciding on your attire, keep it simple! Our signature look is all white clothing, but we also suggest simple, clean and classic. Usually, we ask that you try to avoid logos, busy patterns and too many different colors, especially for group portraits. Your photographs will be around a long time, so we like for our clients to look timeless. For certain occasions, you might want to try bright colors or fun accessories. Bare feet and simple jewelry are best bets--less is more. For newborns, their birthday suit is just fine. SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION We are currently booked 2-4 weeks in advance so please call us to schedule your session as soon as possible. Pregnancy photo sessions should be booked around your 8th month of pregnancy. Preferably, newborns should be photographed within the first two weeks of life. However, since you don't always know when they decide to come into this world, so please contact us as soon as they arrive or if you have a scheduled delivery, we can go ahead and tentatively schedule your session. ON-LOCATION* In all of our sessions, we like to use as much natural light as possible. 1-2 hours before sunset is always the best time. For outdoor photography, parks, beaches and playgrounds are ideal. Indoor photography, we ask that your home has abundant light and lot of windows. We can always move furniture or pictures if we need to. We can bring some simple backdrops, fabrics and props for newborns and pregnancy photography if you choose to hold a photo session in your home. Extra charges will apply for more than 4 people at any session. Each additional person is $25 ---------------------------------------------
