What
kind
of picture
should
I use?
Our
designs
work
well
with
either
color
or black
and
white
photos.
If you
have
a color
photo,
but
like
a black
and
white
design
as shown
on our
site,
we can
do that
for
you.
You'll
see
how
it looks
when
we send
the
proof.
Some
photos
may
require
cropping
and
color/brightness
adjustment.
It's
best
if you
send
us the
raw
image
file
and
describe
the
changes
you
would
like
made.
Most
importantly,
the
image
should
be the
highest
resolution
possible.
An ideal
size
is 1200x1600
pixels,
or 4x6
inches
at 300dpi.
Remember
to keep
it simple!
Will
I receive
a proof?
Before
your
cards
are
printed,
we will
email
you
a digital
proof.
If necessary,
corrections
will
be made
and
another
proof
will
be sent
for
your
approval
before
they
go to
the
printer.
What
resolution
do I
need
to use?
A 4x6
image
at 300dpi
(1200x1600
pixels)
is ideal
for
digital
photos,
but
the
higher
the
resolution,
the
better.
The
file
must
be JPG,
PSD
or TIF
format.
Anything
less
than
this
and
you
will
be disappointed
with
the
print
quality.
Do
I have
to use
a digital
camera?
At this
point
in time,
we only
accept
digital
photos.
If you
don't
have
a digital
camera
at your
disposal,
you
can
always
scan
the
photo
(at
high
resolution)
and
upload
the
file
to us.
Kinko's
can
do this
for
you;
be sure
to tell
them
to scan
it at
300
dpi
and
save
it as
a JPEG.
What
payment
methods
are
accepted?
We go
through
paypal
to accept
credit
card
payments
or personal
checks.
(note
that
personal
checks
must
be cleared
before
order
is processed).
How
long
until
my order
is shipped?
Turn
around
time
depends
on how
fast
you
approve
your
proof.
After
your
order
and
the
digital
photo
is received,
we will
send
you
a proof
within
48 hours.
Once
you
approve
it,
we will
order
your
prints
from
the
printer
and
ship
it to
you
as soon
as we
receive
it.
Expect
a minimum
of 1
week
and
maximum
of 2
weeks
to receive
your
order
from
start
to finish.
What
if I
need
to order
more
later?
We will
archive
your
announcement
in the
event
that
you
need
to order
more.
We will
reprint
the
second
order
exactly
as we
did
the
first
time,
but
you
will
not
receive
another
digital
proof
and
changes
can
not
be made.
You
will
not
be charged
a design
fee
again
(if
it was
custom).
Can
you
touch
up my
photograph?
We can
do as
much
image
manipulation
as you
would
like;
but
we also
know
when
to stop
so the
image
doesn't
look
fake.
We almost
always
do a
little
re-touching
for
skin
blemishes,
baby
acne,
etc.
There
are
certain
limitations,
however,
so don't
expect
miracles.
Do
I need
extra
postage
for
the
square
announcements?
Normally
you
would,
but
we will
send
your
5x5
square
announcements
with
5x7
envelopes.
This
will
save
you
a lot
change
with
postage
